CREATE A THRIVING BUSINESS
We are London's leading corporate health and wellbeing consultancy, supporting businesses globally.
WHY?
Preventative health is the key to longevity, success and quality of life. Modern living, pharmaceutical culture and unhealthy work environments mean that staff turnover, stress and sick leave are at an all-time high. We equip your employees with the knowledge and resources they need, empowering them to take ownership of their health and happiness.
HOW?
We implement manageable strategies, flexible models and tailored workplace solutions that improve performance and drive economic growth.
Poor mental health is estimated to cost the UK economy between £74bn and £99bn a year.
Deloitte Analysis
Our goal is to implement new ways of thinking and increase performance and engagement. Employee health is intrinsically linked to business success - and the cost of poor health is widely recognised. For modern businesses to thrive, combatting stress and anxiety (which can manifest in poor physical health) and championing a healthy workforce is essential.

WELLBEING SPOTLIGHT
Rethinking Menopause Language
When we talk about menopause, we often hear it described as either “natural” or “unnatural.” But this language can carry unintended judgments, making it seem like one type of menopause is “right” and the other is somehow “wrong” or less legitimate. That’s why many are advocating for a shift in language, calling it what it really is: “spontaneous menopause” (often referred to as “natural”) and “induced menopause” (medically or surgically caused).
Induced menopause is often necessary due to surgical removal, cancer therapies and certain medications that suppress ovarian function. Because hormone levels drop suddenly, women experiencing induced menopause often face much more severe symptoms compared to those who go through menopause spontaneously. Symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats, and even cardiovascular changes can hit harder and persist longer because the body hasn’t had the chance to gradually adapt to decreasing hormone levels.
By changing the language, we create a more supportive and understanding environment for everyone experiencing menopause.
