Overview of neurodiversity and common conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more.

Identifying barriers neurodivergent employees face and strategies to overcome them.
Best practices for creating accessible, supportive environments.
Tips for effective communication tailored to diverse needs.
Encouraging teamwork and leveraging neurodivergent strengths.

Mental Health Training for Managers
A workshop for managers to improve mental health skills. It helps them address mental health challenges at work and provides a safe space for sharing experiences, particularly with stressed and burnt-out team members. The workshop has three parts:
A lecture on recognising mental health signs in yourself and others, reducing stigma, and learning to support struggling team members.
Case studies where participants practice starting conversations and helping colleagues with mental health issues.
A reflection and discussion on identifying key stressors in their workplace and applying the learned content.
Wellbeing Champion Training
To equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to promote and support the well-being of individuals in the workplace. Wellbeing champions are individuals who take an active role in fostering positive mental health and overall well-being within their respective environments.

FIRST AIDER
Two-day course - up to 16 people
Includes all official training materials and certificates Mental Health First Aiders have:
An in depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing.
Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress.
Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgmental listening.
Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix.
