This service includes 2 at-home blood testing kits in 12 months. Kits include an arm collection device,analysis of results, nutrient deficiencies, and dietary and lifestyle guidance. This subscription includes a consultation with your first health check which will be with a practitioner. This can be booked at your convenience using a calendly link.

Our core blood test analyses 15 markers in the body, providing an overview of your general health. These markers include:

• Cholesterol (Total, Ratio, LDL, HDL and non-HDL) - An indication of your heart health

• Apolipoprotein B - a newer, more in-depth marker which indicates if your cholesterol levels actually increase your risk of heart disease.
